Advocating for Equity and Leadership
The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Central Ohio Chapter, is a steadfast advocate for the rights and aspirations of black women and girls. Our mission is clear: we exist to champion their cause and promote leadership development, as well as gender equity, across the critical domains of health, education, and economic empowerment.
Our core values are ingrained in the very essence of our organization. We firmly believe in the principles of gender equity, ensuring that opportunities and recognition are extended to all, regardless of gender. Inclusivity is not just a word for us; it's a commitment to embrace diversity and provide a seat at the table for everyone. Respect guides our actions, recognizing the inherent worth of every individual. We stand as vocal advocates for racial and social justice, advocating for a world where fairness and equality prevail.
Our commitment to integrity and accountability is unwavering. We hold ourselves responsible for our actions and decisions, adhering to the highest ethical standards. Economic empowerment is not just a goal but a fundamental belief, as we strive to equip individuals with the tools and resources to achieve financial independence. Collaboration is our driving force, recognizing that the most profound changes are accomplished when we work together.
In a world where these values can sometimes be overlooked, we stand firm in our commitment to upholding them, ensuring that black women and girls not only have a voice but are heard, recognized, and empowered. Our advocacy is driven by these principles, creating a more just and equitable society for all.
